Release channels

From 1.0.0 both products have two channels. Stable releases are tagged vX.Y.Z. A beta channel carries pre-releases tagged vX.Y.Z-beta.N for those who want to try what is coming — lembas config set update.channel beta on the CLI.

Ideas and bug reports are welcome as issues on the server and the CLI. Please report security problems privately, as the repositories’ SECURITY.md describes.
